All services are sent to the brand´s workshops in Mexico City, which consists, in opening the corresponding watch, disarm it completely, then they place each piece in baskets into a special washing machine containing the corresponding chemicals for the proper cleaning of each piece.

The machine of each watch is very luxurious, so for it’s correct operation it is necessary to perform the corresponding service every two years, so that there are no delays or any irregularities.

After the washing has been done, a hand cleaning is done, in which it’s lubricated with different greases and oils. As time passes by, lubricants begin to dry, so it’s necessary to change them to prevent them from hardening.

The moment the process is being carried out, it’s verified that any part is in a defective or broken state, it’s also observed that the watch is not failing due to lack of maintenance.

It’s recommended to consider that there are two types of watches; those for special sporting activities resistant to high impacts and the most delicate ones that can´t be used at any type of sport.
